I am currently 38 years old and live in Wahpeton, ND. I have been racing for 24 years and it has been a family affair my entire career. My parents, Brad and April own the Brejcha Racing machine and my wife, Megan is the team's crew chief. My sons, Noah and Caleb, are around for inspiration and race go-karts. My uncle, sister, grandpa, and the rest of my family have put many hours of work into the car over the years, not to mention all of the help we have had along the way from friends and sponsors.

I got my start in racing in 1999 when we bought a go-kart and joined up with some friends as a racing team in Alexandria, MN. We raced in a few other places like Grove Creek Raceway, Cedar Mills Raceway, Atwater Raceway, Minnewaska Raceway as well. However, Runestone Raceway was our main stop. We raced caged karts for 3 years in a few classes and the cageless animal superstock class for 2002 and 2003.

After taking a year off, we purchased an asphalt Legends car in 2005 to race in Sauk Centre, Fergus Falls, Elko, and Shakopee tracks in Minnesota. Through 2008, we had quite a few ups and downs. The low point came in 2005 when I had a part brake and snap the car around in the turn at Fergus Falls. The resulting crash allowed me to experience an ambulance trip and a lengthy ER visit, producing a concussion and destroyed car. 2007 saw us be among the last cars to race on Fergus Falls as an asphalt track, followed by 3 blown motors for the short 2008 season. We did experience some highlights during these times as well, getting to compete at the 2008 Asphalt Legends Nationals in Elko, MN. We also finished in the top 10 among Semi-pro Legends Nationally in 2007. Perhaps the best part though, was building some amazing friendships along the way.

2009 saw new beginnings as Buffalo River Race Park in Glyndon, MN opened up to dirt Legends. We won our first career feature race the second night out. After the first win, we found the right combination and ended up winning 11 Legends features there along with the first season points championship for BRRP. We also made trips to a few other tracks, including a regional qualifying win at Dacotah Speedway in Mandan, ND. We capped off the year with a trip to the Dirt Legends Nationals in East Lincoln, NC where we finished 10th in the Pro A main.

From 2010 to 2013, we had a 2005 Elite Midwest Modified powered by M and J Motors. We had a learning season, but enjoyed all that we got to experience in the racing community. In our first year, we were able to make the top 10 in points at both I-94 Speedway in Fergus Falls and at BRRP in Glyndon.

In 2014, we switched chassis builders to a 2008 J Car powered by M and J Motors. We also started racing both Midwest Mods and IMCA Sportmods depending on the track we were at. In 2016, we finally got our first A Main feature win in the B mod class, winning it at Buffalo River Race Park in the Northern Sportmod.

After winning, we wrecked the car the following race at Norman County Raceway and ended our career for the moment in the Sportmod. We put together a different car, this time an Elite by T&E and jumped up to the IMCA Modified division, getting 1 top 10 in 3 races to finish out 2016. We raced with this set up in the modfieds through the 2018 Season.

For the 2019 Season, we switched classes and raced as a rookie in the NLSA Lightning Sprint class. We had a good learning year and a lot of fun in the new class. 2020 saw a very limited schedule due to motor problems and COVID, but we managed to get 7 nights in, even scoring our first heat race win.

For 2023, we are back to racing the 60x IMCA Northern Sportmod for a second season, coming off of 1 feature win in 2022, and look to have a fun season at local tracks.
